We Need Your Support to Continue Our Advocacy & Operations....

The NYS Care Management Coalition is funded through its conference fees; we have never charged a membership fee which has allowed anyone interested in the behavioral health care management community to receive our services.

​

Although our registration for our annual conference is significant, it will not be at the level needed to support our operations. Over the past few years, conference and operational expenses have increased. To remain viable and sustainable, the Coalition needs sponsorships to help support its mission, advocacy activities and training.

Call for Presentations

Join your colleagues from across the State on May 14-15, 2025 at the Sonesta White Plains Downtown in White Plains, NY for the 2025 NYS Care Management Coalition Annual Training Conference.

​

Each year, this conference provides space to share ideas, learn best practices and enhance care coordination to best provide quality services for the adults, children and families we serve! It is essential for us to re-connect as a community to support one another and to meet the many challenges, demands and opportunities of care coordination.

​

The NYS Care Management Coalition strives to provide state-of-the-art educational programming, data/information and networking opportunities on best practices in care coordination for professionals in the behavioral health and substance use disorder community. The Coalition welcomes proposals for conference presentations on the topics listed.

​

All sessions will be submitted for continuing education credits for social workers, licensed mental health counselors and CASAC. Please note the required information on the submission form.

Deadline for Submission: January 6, 2025

OPENING RECEPTION SPONSOR: $10,000

This sponsorship includes three (3) registrations to the full conference, your company's material will be distributed via a QR code posted on the event registration table, a double table top display for your information, verbal recognition during the event and your company's logo and information will be displayed on our website for 6 months post event.


CORPORATE SPONSOR: $2,500
This sponsorship includes two (2) registrations to the full conference, your company's logo on display, a table top display for your information, verbal recognition during the event and your logo will be displayed on our website for 3 months post event.
